Development Counsel: K. Rose will conduct an assessment of your organization’s current development operation, determining areas when you are on track and identifying specific measures and resources that can be implemented to set your organization on course for strong, strategic and sustainable funding.  The comprehensive assessment includes materials audits; staff and board interviews; data analysis; board discussions; and a review of development office procedures, practices and plans. The results of the assessment will serve as a foundation for the creation of a development plan; staff and board alignment; and training, ongoing coaching and specific measurement of progress.

Rose has extensive experience providing leadership as an Interim Director of Development/Advancement, providing strategic development improvements; staff management and coaching; board development; donor segmentation and planning; and overall implementation of development office best practices.
